ASC currently offers two different grades of hardclams:

  • Middlenecks (1")

  • Custom-grade your preferred size, count or weight.

 

We carry two brands of oysters; Carpe Diem is a sweeter oyster with a hint of salt from the lower Chesapeake Bay and our Atlantics are seaside salty.

 

Oysters are available year-round in 3 sizes: ​
